Dear Lecturers, Staff, and Students of the Faculty of Information Technology,

To gather feedback for quality assurance, enhance educational quality, and satisfy national educational accreditation standards, the HCMC University of Industry and Trade has officially announced the timeline for the Semester II (2025–2026) survey surveys.

The Faculty of IT requests all lecturers, staff, and students to carefully note the schedules and actively participate in the respective surveys detailed below:

1. Survey for Current Students

•  

  Survey on Teaching Quality (Semester II): For all active students. This survey aims to evaluate teaching methods, content, and lecturers' attitudes to help improve pedagogical quality.

  •  

    Form: Online software (Form: BM/TT.QLCL/01 & BM/TT.QLCL/02).

  •  

    Timeline: From June 1, 2026, to June 14, 2026.

•  

  Survey on Campus Facilities and Learning Support Services: For all university students to assess the responsiveness and quality of campus infrastructure, equipment, and student support services.

  •  

    Form: Online software (Form: BM/TT.QLCL/08).

  •  

    Timeline: From June 1, 2026, to June 14, 2026.

2. Survey for Faculty Members and Staff

•  

  Staff and Laborer Satisfaction Survey: For all university officials, lecturers, and staff members to assess the work environment, research/teaching support, and overall workplace satisfaction.

  •  

    Form: EGOV / Online Form (Form: BM/TT.QLCL/06).

  •  

    Timeline: From June 1, 2026, to June 14, 2026.

•  

  Lecturer Feedback Survey on Training Programs, Teaching Activities, and Assessment: For IT lecturers to provide professional feedback on curriculum design, teaching methods, and student evaluation procedures.

  •  

    Form: EGOV / Online Form (Form: BM/TT.QLCL/16).

  •  

    Timeline: From June 1, 2026, to June 14, 2026.

3. Survey for Employers

•  

  Employer Feedback Survey on Alumni: To gather insights from enterprises and partners regarding the knowledge, skills, and work ethic of our graduated students, helping the university adapt training programs to meet market demands.

  •  

    Form: Questionnaire forms, emails, and direct interviews.

  •  

    Timeline: From September 2025 to August 9, 2026. (Data collection must be finalized and sent back to the Quality Management Center before August 24, 2026) .

Important Guidelines & Principles

•  

  Confidentiality: All responses are strictly confidential. Data will only be utilized for statistical analysis, reporting, and introducing quality improvements.

•  

  Data Validity: Respondents are urged to provide objective, honest, and complete feedback. Invalid, identical, or contradictory responses will be filtered out and handled per university regulations.

•  

  Support: For any issues or technical difficulties during the survey process, please contact Ms. Nguyen Huu Dung via the EGOV system for prompt assistance.
