Target Audience: Students of Cohort 12DH and earlier (Information Technology & Information Security majors).

Following Notice No. 28/TB-KCNTT regarding topic registration, the Faculty of Information Technology announces the schedule for the Capstone Project report submission and project review/defense as follows:

1. Important Deadlines & Timelines

• Online Report Submission:

  • Time: 07:00 – 11:30, October 22, 2026.

  • Format: One representative per group submits via the Google Form Submission Link.

• Grade Sheet In-Person Signing:

  • Time: 14:00 – 16:00, October 22, 2026.

  • Location: IT Faculty Office, Room B.107 (Ground Floor, Building B).

• Review & Defense Period: October 26, 2026 – October 31, 2026.

  • (Please check the attached schedule file for each group's specific time and room assignment).

2. Submission Deliverables & Requirements

Students must submit their project files directly to their Supervisor:

• Required Files:

  • Project report file (.pdf) with digital signatures of all team members and the Supervisor.

  • Full source code, database scripts, and required dependencies/libraries.

  • Packaged executable/program and relevant datasets (if applicable).

• Packaging & Naming Convention:

  • Compress all deliverables into a single .zip or .rar archive.

  • File format: _

    (Example: B01_NguyenVanA.rar)

3. Grading & Evaluation Scheme

• Final GPA: Calculated as (Supervisor Score + Reviewer Score) / 2.

• Outcome Standards: Evaluated strictly based on the syllabus/rubric of the project.

4. Important Notes & Academic Integrity

• Academic Dishonesty: Any project found not directly produced by the group, plagiarized, copied from existing sources, or violating academic ethics in any way will immediately receive a grade of 0.

• Late Submissions: The Faculty has a strict no-tolerance policy for late submissions; any delayed cases will not be resolved[cite: 2].
