[ANNOUNCEMENT] Final Exam Schedule for Semester 2, Academic Year 2025 - 2026 (Phase 2) - Regular Undergraduate Program
Pursuant to the academic calendar for the school year 2025 - 2026 , the Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade (HUIT) would like to announce the organization of the final examinations for Semester 2 (Phase 2) as follows:
1. Scope and Timeline

Applicable Courses: Please refer to the attached list.

Examination Period: From June 15, 2026, to July 5, 2026.

How to Check Your Schedule:

Students: Log in to the official Student Portal at https://sinhvien.huit.edu.vn.
Note: Please check directly on the website. Do not rely on mobile applications or other unofficial information channels.

Lecturers (Proctoring Schedule): Access the Faculty Portal at https://egov.huit.edu.vn.

2. Exam Deferral Registration (Postponement)
a) Eligible Candidates
Students who have a scheduled exam but must absent due to the following legitimate reasons:

Exam schedule conflicts, or being officially academic/work-assigned elsewhere by the university.

Illness, accidents, or specific personal/family emergencies (personal marriage; funeral or wedding of grandparents, parents, or biological siblings).
b) Required Application Documents
-
02 copies of the Exam Absence Request Form (using the attached template).

Supporting Evidence: 01 photocopy accompanied by the original document (or a high-quality photo/scan of the original) for verification purposes:

For Schedule Conflicts/Official Assignments: Exam/class schedules showing the conflict , or the official assignment decision.

For Illness/Accidents: Hospital discharge certificate (if hospitalized) or a medical certificate clearly stating the diagnosis and the doctor's recommendation for the sick leave period ; medical bills/receipts ; prescriptions, and other relevant documents from a district-level hospital or higher. In case of a traffic accident on the way to the exam, a traffic accident report from the local authorities or police is required.

For Personal/Family Emergencies: Marriage certificate or death certificate ; household registration book ; and birth certificate to prove the relationship (grandparents, parents, biological siblings).

c) Submission Timeline & Method

Timeline: Within one week before or after the scheduled exam date. (For family weddings/funerals, documents can be submitted as soon as the marriage or death certificate is available).

Method: Submit in person at the Office of Academic Affairs (Phòng Đào tạo).
3. Registration to Resolve Prior Exam Deferrals (Clearing "I" Grades)

Target Audience: Students who successfully registered for an exam deferral in previous semesters.

Required Documents: The Deferral Resolution Form + 01 photocopy of the approved Exam Deferral Form from the previous semester.

Deadline: Before 4:00 PM on June 5, 2026.

Method: Submit in person at the Office of Academic Affairs (Phòng Đào tạo).
4. General Requirements & Regulations

Identification: Students must bring their Student ID Card or National ID Card (CCCD) to the examination room.

Compliance: Strict adherence to all university examination rules and regulations is mandatory.
5. Implementation

The University will not print individual exam schedules for each student.

Heads of departments and units are requested to popularize this announcement to all students and faculty members for strict implementation.
