Based on Plan No. 285/KH-ĐHCN dated May 26, 2025 issued by the University of Industry Ho Chi Minh City regarding the implementation of surveys in Semester II, Academic Year 2025–2026;

Based on Official Dispatch No. 2484/KH-ĐHCN dated May 23, 2025 regarding the implementation of the university-level survey plan for the 2025–2026 academic year;

The Faculty of Information Technology would like to announce the schedule for conducting surveys in Semester II, Academic Year 2025–2026 as follows:

1. Course Evaluation Survey by Students

• Survey period: From June 1, 2026 to June 14, 2026
• Participants: Students enrolled in courses during Semester II, Academic Year 2025–2026
• Survey method: Online survey via the university system

2. Graduation Outcome Survey for Alumni

• Survey period: From June 1, 2026 to June 14, 2026
• Participants: Graduates from the Faculty of Information Technology
• Survey method: Online survey

The survey results will serve as an important basis for improving training quality, enhancing teaching effectiveness, and developing academic programs aligned with practical and social demands.

The Faculty of Information Technology kindly requests all students and alumni to actively participate and complete the surveys within the designated period.
