Graduation Application Plan – June 2026 Session
Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade announces the graduation application schedule for the June 2026 session for full-time undergraduate students.
Eligible Students
Students from cohorts K11, K12, and K13 who are enrolled in the regular undergraduate program are eligible to submit graduation applications.
Application Period
From June 12, 2026 to June 17, 2026
Students who are not listed in the graduation eligibility list are not required to submit an application during this period.
Online Graduation Application Procedure
Students must complete the application online via the Student Information Portal:
Application Steps:
- Log in to the Student Information Portal using your personal account.
- Select the “Graduation Application” function.
- Confirm and submit the application (students are allowed to submit only once).
Important Notes
- Students from cohorts K11 and K12 should carefully review the graduation category before submission, especially those wishing to switch between the Engineering degree and Bachelor’s degree programs.
- Students who are not eligible for graduation but believe they meet the requirements should contact the university and submit supporting documents for review.
