Announcement on the Dialogue Session with Student Representatives of the Faculty of Information Technology for the Academic Year 2025–2026
In accordance with the University’s plan for conducting dialogue sessions with student representatives for the Academic Year 2025–2026, the Faculty of Information Technology will organize a direct dialogue session with class representatives to strengthen communication, collect student feedback, and enhance the quality of academic and student support activities.
1. Participants
The dialogue session will be attended by:
- The Faculty Board;
- Heads of Departments;
- Secretary of the Faculty Youth Union;
- Class representatives (Class President or Vice President) from cohorts 14DH, 15DH, and 16DH of the Faculty of Information Technology.

- 08:00 AM – 11:00 AM, June 14, 2026

- Room 8.202

4. Preparation Timeline
To ensure that the dialogue session effectively reflects students’ concerns and expectations, the following preparation schedule will be implemented:
May 12 – June 10, 2026
Academic advisors are requested to organize class meetings to collect students’ opinions and feedback regarding:
- Academic affairs and training activities;
- Student support services;
- Scientific research activities;
- Other related issues within the University.

June 10 – June 11, 2026
The Faculty will consolidate and review all student feedback related to Faculty activities.
June 12 – June 13, 2026
Relevant Faculty units will prepare responses and discussion points based on students’ submitted questions.
June 14, 2026
Official dialogue session between the Faculty and student representatives.
June 15 – June 17, 2026
Issues requiring university-level consideration will be compiled and submitted to the Office of Student Affairs.

The Faculty of Information Technology encourages academic advisors and student representatives to actively collect and convey students’ opinions so that the dialogue session becomes a meaningful platform for communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement of the learning environment.
