Final Collection Period

Pursuant to Notice No. 729/TB-DCT dated July 2, 2025, issued by the President of Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade regarding the collection of tuition fees for Semester I of the 2025–2026 academic year;

Pursuant to the actual implementation situation and students’ requests;

The University hereby notifies all students of the tuition fee payment for Semester I of the 2025–2026 academic year during the final collection period as follows:

1. Eligible students:
All students who have not yet paid tuition fees for Semester I of the 2025–2026 academic year.

2. Payment period:
From August 28, 2025, Thursday, to August 29, 2025.
Morning session: 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Afternoon session: 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

3. Payment methods:

Students are required to check their tuition fee balance on the student information portal and complete the tuition fee payment within the above-mentioned period through one of the following methods:

• Paying in cash directly at Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank, OCB; or

• Making a bank transfer using the following information:

  Account number: 0003100007686868
  Bank: Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank, OCB
  Account name: Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade
  Transfer description: Student ID + Full name + Tuition fee for Semester I, academic year 2025–2026, final collection period.

After the above-mentioned period, the University will not process any further cases.
