To ensure a solemn and well-organized Graduation Ceremony, the Faculty would like to inform all new Engineers and Bachelors of the official photo shoot schedule and required preparations as follows:

1. Graduation Photo Shoot Schedule

• Time: 08:00 AM – 11:30 AM, Saturday, November 7, 2026.

• Location: Studio 1 (Room D304).

• Dress Code: Collared shirt (white dress shirt is strongly preferred).

2. Required Actions for Graduates

To assist the Organizing Committee with logistics and seating arrangements, graduates are kindly requested to complete the following tasks:

1. Verify Personal Information & Register Attending Family Members:

   • Please access the Official Graduate List – Batch 2, 2026 to review your personal details and directly enter the number of attending parents/guests for statistical and seating purposes.

   • Submission Deadline: Before 06:00 PM, November 5, 2026.

2. Join the Official Communication Group:

   • Join the Zalo Group for IT Graduates to receive timely updates, instructions, and announcements regarding the ceremony.

3. Important Notes

• Attending the photo shoot is mandatory for ceremony presentation purposes and for finalizing the official attendee list.

• Graduates must arrive on time at the designated venue and adhere strictly to the dress code.

• Please ensure all personal details and guest counts are accurately updated before the deadline.
