Announcement on Submission of Specialized Project Report (2 Credits) For Data Science Students – Semester II, Academic Year 2025–2026

Based on Announcement No. 03/TB-FCNTT dated January 28, 2026 regarding the organization and implementation of Graduation Thesis and Specialized Project courses for cohorts 12, 13, and 14 in Information Technology, Information Security, and Data Science programs, the Faculty of Information Technology announces the submission and evaluation schedule for the Specialized Project Report as follows:
1. Report Submission Schedule
- Students submit project products to supervisors:
From 07:00 AM to 11:30 AM, June 3, 2026. - Supervisors submit reports to the Faculty:
From 01:00 PM to 05:00 PM, June 3, 2026.
Supervisors will submit via the link provided by the Faculty through internal email. - Grade list confirmation:
Students are required to sign the grade list at the Faculty Office of Information Technology (Room B.107, Ground Floor, Building B) from 01:30 PM to 04:00 PM, June 4, 2026. - Review and evaluation period:
From June 5, 2026 to June 15, 2026. - The presentation/review schedule for each group is provided in the attached file.
2. Submission Requirements
Students must submit the following materials to their supervisors:
Required Deliverables
- Project report files (*.docx, *.pdf) with electronic signatures of all group members and the supervisor.
- Source code, database, libraries, and related program files.
- Executable or packaged application and related datasets (if any).
Submission Format
- All project materials must be compressed into a .zip or .rar file.
- File naming convention: Example:
B01-NguyenVanA.rar
3. Evaluation
- Final GPA score:
(Supervisor’s Score + Reviewer’s Score) / 2 - Learning outcomes assessment will follow the course syllabus requirements.
Important Notes
- Any report found to be copied, generated dishonestly, plagiarized, or violating academic integrity regulations in any form will receive a score of 0 and will not be eligible for graduation consideration.
- Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
