Based on the University’s announcement regarding the dialogue session with student representatives for the Academic Year 2025–2026, the Faculty of Information Technology will organize a direct dialogue session with student representatives as follows:

Participants

• Faculty Board members;
• Heads of Departments;
• Secretary of the Faculty Youth Union;
• Class representatives (Class President or Vice President) of all classes from cohorts 14DH, 15DH, and 16DH.

Preparation Schedule

From May 12, 2026 to June 10, 2026

Academic advisors are requested to organize class meetings to collect students’ feedback and suggestions regarding:

• Academic affairs;
• Student support services;
• Scientific research activities;
• Other university-related matters.

Meeting minutes should be submitted to the Faculty of Information Technology. Students may also submit their comments and suggestions via the online form provided by the Faculty.

From June 10 to June 11, 2026

The Faculty will consolidate all feedback and suggestions received from students.

From June 12 to June 13, 2026

Relevant units within the Faculty will review and prepare responses to students’ questions and concerns.

June 14, 2026

The Faculty will conduct the dialogue session with student representatives.

From June 15 to June 17, 2026

Issues and recommendations related to university-level matters will be summarized and forwarded to the Office of Student Affairs for further consideration and response.

The Faculty of Information Technology kindly requests all academic advisors and class representatives to actively collect students’ opinions and participate fully in the dialogue session to ensure effective communication and continuous improvement of teaching, learning, and student support activities.
