Building on the success of HUIT’s ICONIC 2024 and joining the celebrations marking the 44th anniversary of Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade (September 9, 1982 – September 9, 2026), HUIT’s ICONIC 2026 officially returns with a journey to search for Communication Ambassadors of Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade.

The competition seeks outstanding student representatives who embody confidence, talent, intellect, style, and the ability to convey positive messages to the community. Under the theme "RISE OF THE ICON – Confidence Creates Icons", HUIT’s ICONIC 2026 is not only a platform for students to express their personalities and individual identities, but also an environment where they can explore themselves, develop skills, strengthen their thinking, and gradually affirm their own value.

Through the competition, the organizers hope to discover outstanding individuals capable of representing the image, spirit, identity, and youthful energy of HUIT students, contributing to the spread of positive values and continuing the journey of building the image of HUIT students as dynamic, confident, creative, and globally integrated young people.

Eligibility: Students currently enrolled at Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade, with a minimum height of 1.60 meters for female students and 1.70 meters for male students. Contestants must not have been subject to any disciplinary action by the University or under the law, must have good moral character, and must not have undergone gender reassignment.

Application requirements: Contestants must register online and submit: one close-up photo and one full-body photo.

Note: Photos must be clear, accurately represent the contestant, and comply with Vietnamese cultural norms and traditions. Nude and semi-nude photos are strictly prohibited, and each photo must feature only one person. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to select, edit, and use contestants’ images and information for the program’s communication activities.

Preliminary Round: October 4, 2026

Semifinal Round 1 – PHOTOSHOOT: October 10, 2026

Semifinal Round 2 – TALENT: November 1, 2026

Semifinal Round 3 – HUIT BRIDAL FASHION SHOW – TOP MODEL: December 12, 2026

Semifinal Round 4 – CLOSED INTERVIEW: December 19, 2026

GRAND FINAL: December 26, 2026

In addition to the main competition rounds, contestants will have opportunities to participate in skills training, accompanying activities, practical experiences, and community engagement activities, thereby developing the image and capabilities expected of a Communication Ambassador.

Awards and Titles:

• 02 HUIT’s ICONIC Communication Ambassador – Champion Awards – VND 10,000,000 per award
• 02 HUIT’s ICONIC Communication Ambassador – Runner-up Awards – VND 5,000,000 per award

The Champions and Runners-up of HUIT’s ICONIC 2026 will have the opportunity to participate in an international exchange program in South Korea, China, or Thailand, with 04 sponsored slots worth VND 30,000,000 each, for a total value of up to VND 120,000,000.

The competition also features a system of special awards, including: Best Talent – Best talent performance, Best Interview – Best interview and communication performance, Best Photoshoot, Most Favorite Contestant, Best Face – Contestant with the most impressive facial features, Best Evening Gown – Best evening gown performance, Best Veston – Best formal suit performance

In addition to the awards above, title holders will receive crowning items, scholarship packages, as well as various gifts and benefits from the program’s supporting sponsors..
